Your Personalized Skin Analysis

Your skin is naturally balanced, producing enough sebum to remain hydrated without appearing excessively oily or dry.

Inflammatory skin conditions such as redness, sensitivity, dermatitis, eczema, or perioral dermatitis can compromise the skin barrier.

As the skin barrier becomes less effective, moisture escapes more readily while irritants and other environmental factors can penetrate the skin more easily. This may result in redness, dryness, itching, flaking, burning, or increased skin sensitivity.

Personalized Skincare Routine

The purpose of your personalized skincare routine is to support the skin barrier, maintain hydration, and minimize unnecessary irritation while helping your skin remain as healthy as possible.

Follow the steps in the order shown for optimal results.

Step 1 - Cleansing

Cleansing is the most important step in any beauty routine. It removes excess sebum, environmental pollutants, sweat, bacteria, viruses, mold spores, makeup, and any other impurities that accumulate on the skin throughout the day. Leaving these behind can contribute to congestion, breakouts, irritation, and a dull-looking complexion.

Not all cleansers are created equal. Many remove surface dirt but fail to thoroughly dissolve makeup, sunscreen, excess oil, and other oil-based impurities without drying or compromising the skin's protective barrier — especially around the delicate eye area.

Step 1 - Olive Cleansing Oil - Massage Olive over face, neck, and décolleté. This first cleanse dissolves makeup, excess sebum, and other oil-based impurities while gently loosening debris from the skin. Remove with a wet towel.

Step 2 - Lavender & Mandarin Facial Foaming Cleanser - Apply Foaming Cleanser over face with a few drops of water to create a rich lather. Thoroughly massage to cleanse the skin and remove left over oil. Rinse with lukewarm water. Pat dry.

Together, these two steps lift away the cleansing oil along with the dissolved impurities, leaving your skin exceptionally clean and perfectly prepared for the rest of your skincare routine.

A clean canvas allows every product that follows to perform at its best.

When to apply?
Daily on AM & PM routines.

Step 2 - Mask

Facial masks are an important weekly treatment that complements your daily skincare routine. Masks provide prolonged contact with the skin, allowing mineral-rich clays, botanicals, sugars and salts to absorb excess sebum, gently exfoliate surface dead skin cells, and leave complexion feeling smoother, softer, and more refined.

Consistent once a week applications helps remove dead skin cells, maintain a smoother skin surface, and improves the appearance of dullness.

Mix the powder with warm water (no hotter than 30 °C / 86 °F) until a smooth, creamy paste forms. Allow the mixture to rest for 2–3 minutes so the powders fully hydrate. Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave on for 5–10 minutes for sensitive skin or 15–20 minutes for skin that comfortably tolerates clay masks, or until completely dry. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, gently massaging the skin as you remove the mask to take advantage of its natural exfoliating action.

Follow immediately with toner, serum, and moisturizer while the skin is still slightly damp.

When to apply?
1–2 times per week after cleansing and before toner.

Step 3 - Toner

One of the most overlooked steps in beauty routines, and one of the most important. Applied after cleansing or masks, toners help remove residual impurities while delivering lightweight hydration that improves the distribution of subsequent skincare products.

Soak a cotton round or pad with toner. Apply it onto clean skin avoiding the eye area.
Alternatively, mist directly onto the skin and remove with a clean cotton pad.

When to apply?
Daily on AM & PM routines right after toner or mask.

Your recommended treatment combines Olio di C Vitamin C Serum for your morning and evening routines with Bakuchiol Night Repair Cream every evening. Olio di C is formulated with 10% stable, bioactive oil-soluble vitamin C, a skin-supporting emollient base, and Blue Tansy to help reduce inflammation and calm the skin. Bakuchiol Night Repair Cream combines 1% Sytenol® Bakuchiol, 0.3% Retinyl Propionate, Coenzyme Q10, and lacto-ceramides to help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin firmness, and elasticity while supporting the skin barrier. Bakuchiol is well tolerated by most skin types and, unlike retinoids, does not increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Is normal skin immune to aging?

No. While normal skin is naturally well-balanced and less prone to excessive dryness or oiliness, it still undergoes the same biological aging process as every other skin type. Over time, collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid gradually decline, contributing to fine lines, wrinkles, and reduced skin firmness. Consistent daily skincare and sun protection help slow the appearance of these changes.

When should I start using anti-aging skincare?

Skin begins producing less collagen as early as the mid-twenties. While visible signs of aging vary from person to person, incorporating antioxidant and collagen-supporting ingredients early can help maintain smoother, healthier-looking skin over time. Prevention is generally more effective than attempting to correct advanced signs of aging later.

What is bakuchiol?

Bakuchiol is a plant-derived ingredient extracted from the seeds and leaves of Psoralea corylifolia (Babchi). It has been extensively studied for its ability to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and loss of firmness while remaining well tolerated by most skin types. Unlike retinoids, bakuchiol does not typically cause peeling, excessive dryness, or increased sensitivity to sunlight.

Do I still need moisturizer if my skin is normal?

Yes. Moisturizers do more than add hydration. They help support the skin's natural barrier, reduce water loss, and maintain the balanced environment healthy skin needs to function optimally. Even normal skin benefits from daily moisturization.

How often should I exfoliate?

For most people with normal skin, gentle exfoliation once or twice a week is sufficient. Excessive exfoliation can disrupt the skin barrier, increase sensitivity, and contribute to irritation rather than improving skin health.

Can I use a facial mask every day?

No. Clay-based exfoliating masks are intended as weekly treatments rather than daily products. Using them once or twice a week is generally sufficient to remove accumulated dead skin cells and excess oil without over-exfoliating the skin.

Why does my routine recommend two cleansers?

Oil-based and water-based impurities behave differently. An oil cleanser dissolves makeup, sunscreen, excess sebum, and other oil-soluble residues, while a soap-based cleanser removes sweat, dirt, and remaining water-soluble impurities. Together, they provide a more thorough cleanse without excessive rubbing.

How long will it take to notice results?

Visible improvements in skin hydration and texture are visible within a week of consistent daily applications. Visible fine lines, firmness, and overall skin appearance typically require consistent daily use over two to six weeks. Consistency is key in maintaining skin's youthful appearance.

Will anti-aging products remove wrinkles?

Clinical studies have demonstrated measurable reductions in wrinkle surface area, depth, and severity with ingredients such as retinoids, vitamin C and bakuchiol when they are incorporated into properly formulated products at clinically relevant concentrations.

While not all ani-aging products are created equal, products containing active ingredients added at marketing level concentrations may be able to advertise the ingredient without providing enough of it to reproduce the benefits observed in clinical studies.

Do I need to wear sunscreen every day?

It depends on your expected sun exposure. Sunscreen is intended to protect the skin from ultraviolet (UV) radiation whenever meaningful UV exposure is anticipated. Applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen helps reduce UV-induced skin damage and should be used whenever you expect to spend time outdoors or otherwise receive significant UV exposure.
